Dispensing module added to Opticabase's already successful Practice Management System.

By popular demand Opticabase software has launched a Dispensing version of its practice management software.

The new Dispensing version includes all the original Opticabase but adds a large amount of extra features. Some of the highlights are, the simple to follow dispensing form, a full stock control of practice frames, a till feature and standing order reports. By three clicks of the mouse, completed lens order forms can be printed off ready to fax through to each lab. The format of the programme has still been kept simple but effective. As with all previous versions of Opticabase, a FREE trial is available.

The main features of Opticabase Reception are the printing of NHS forms, a flexible Patient Recall system and the ability to send out mail shots to various groups of Patients. Inputting of patient details is simplified using a customizable dropdown box system.
