Opticabase Test Chart

This programme is a simple and easy to use computerised test chart.

Opticabase Test Chart has been developed in conjunction with Digital Eye Chart of America, www.digitaleyechart.com, to cover the needs of UK practices. Like all our other products we have kept the programme simple but effective and at a low cost.

Opticabase Test Chart includes the following charts:

Standard Letter
Children's pictures
Tumbling E's
Rolling C's
Four Dot
Astigmatism
Fixation
Animated Fixation
Contrast Sensitivity
Red/green charts

You can use a standard keyboard to navigate the screen. Single keyboard strokes let you alternate between screens. eg You have Snellen letters showing and wish to have pictures instead. Just press the "P" on your keyboard. You can also randomise the letters/pictures that are showing on the chart by the pressing the space bar. If you prefer you can buy just a numeric keypad (similar to the right end of a standard keyboard) for around £10 or a wireless one for around £15 and you can navigate through the screens using the number keys.
